They are solenoids that go bad. If you replace one, replace all four solenoids. The kit costs about $100 on ebay. It is a difficult job gaining access to the inside of transmission. Pay someone that knows how it's done.
if the voltage to the ac clutch is not 12 volts then find the bad connection that is causing the voltage drop
shimming the clutch is not a good idea as it is not recommended
I suspect that there is water in the ac system that is freezing and causing a high pressure problem and that is why the ac is switching off
Take it to an accredited ac specialists shop for a proper diagnosis
I would disconnect the battery, then reconnect and have someone jump the car while trying to start. Seems like a safety error that shut your car off so your fuel pump wouldn't burn out.
You want to go to the dealership or a mechanic WITH THE VOLVO VIDA and DICE tools to properly read the car. It will generally tell you everything you need to know about what's wrong.
If I had to guess at your problem, I would think it's the electronic throttle module that is bad.

I am VERY sure that they were 17mm. You can park your car with the steering turned all the way to one side and reach in with a wrench and find out which one fits.
The lug studs are 19mm.
I'll attach a helpful video too.
Check the fuse. If that is good then try listening for the motor trying to operate. If you can hear the motor trying to operate then you must have a stuck sunroof.
t means that your fuel system has reached its limit of compensation for the fuel system. As the engine is driven if the fuel system computer sees that the fuel mixture is too rich or too lean it begins to compensate by increasing or decreasing the amount of time the injectors are on. When it reaches its limit it throws the code. It is usually a vacuum leak or bad oxygen sensor that sets the code
The airbag system requires a special and very expensive diagnostic tool which not only is designed to cancel the air bag light, but it scans the entire system looking for faults which may have turned the air bag light on. This is one area where you do not want to attempt to repair or mess around with. If you do not know the proper procedures in servicing these systems, you can accidentally deploy the air bags. It shouldn't cost you that much to have the system scanned even if you don't have it fixed. Unless you are exceptionally well educated in mechanically repairing cars and this means , in some cases removing grilles, bumpers, fenders and other components to access a faulty component (including interior panels) Leave this up to a professional. You might get lucky and they can cancel the light because the scanner did not detect any fault withing the system.
