Soak them with penetrating oil and let sit over night, or try heating them up with a torch and them try to remove them.

check if you getting spark at spark plug if no then replace cap and rotor and possibly plugs and wires if that doesn't solve it you may need distributer.if you are getting spark then check if you getting fuel pull off fuel line where it goes into motor and turn over

soak them with WD-40 and try it and if not (i dont recomend) but if you need them off bad enough heat the bolts and try taking them off while they are hot

You hear the motor,then remove the inner doorpanel & replace the broken window regulator

The thermostat is located on the side of the engine block which follow the bottom radiator hose, it should have 2 nuts on it. You should also temporary remove the air intake hose for ease of access and remove the thermostat.
