1994 Lexus GS 300 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues

Check this components:
- The Relay - Tail Lamps: is located front seating area, driver side, driver side of steering column, under dash, below instrument panel, mounted in fuse/relay box;
- The Relay - Sunroof: is located front seating area, center, behind head panel, front of sunroof panel, mounted on driver side of head panel;
- The Relay - Main: is located front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, in relay block, mounted on upper panel;

Look into those things first:
- Battery termials loose?
- Barttery itself loose grounding out to the underside of the hood?
- Door and trunk wiring harness iffy? (esp trunk), and,
- Crazy lighting mods?

Using the 12v from the cig lighter to trigger any other relays etc?

So, maybe a bad batch of fuses, I remember I had the same problem once. Got a pack from Walmart all went bust, got a pack from an auto store and it worked fine.

check the TPS sensor and circuit

Did that shop show her the OBDII scan print out to justify any recommended repairs? Now you don't know what you've got or what the original problem was. How did the wiring get tangled up? Always let the OBDII scan print out of the stored fault history, be your guide to any repairs. You have to watch these shops, they will build you a new car at twice the cost.

Well, if you were in an accident on the rear quarter panel, I might think that the wheel could have gotten hit as well causing it to be out of alignment. If your vehicle was repaired after the accident, I would return it to the shop and let them know that you are having issues with the tire wear and see if they can submit a supplemental to the insurance company to cover any part replacement, labor, and tire replacement. If your vehicle was not repaired after the accident I think I would take it to an alignment shop before the tire is completely worn out.

What does this fuse control?

does the vehicle cranks? does it have fuel at the fuel rail? if it does not check fuel pressure, chances are that the fuel pump is out.

when you lock the doors it automatically arms itself. you can disarm by inserting the key in the driver's side door and unlock the door lock, it should disarm if the alarm goes off.

Remove the tensioner and replace it.

Try fuel filter or catalyc converter.

Try catalyic converter, but first check fuel filter.

Bad gas, fuel filter, plugs and wires, oxygen sensor. Not really enough info to tell you specifics

Could be a faulty injector. Or a problem with the wiring harness or the engine computer.

IF YOU ARE FEELING MECHANICAL YOU CAN ALWAYS BUY A HIGH CFM FAN FROM THE PART STORE JUST MEASURE YOUR FAN AND GO UP THERE AND JUST HARD WIRE THE NEW FAN IN. WILL OPERATE JUST LIKE FACTORY BUT NO CONNECTOR UNLESS YOU CAN REPIN THE FACTORY WIRING

On the 94 models there is a rectangular service connection box near battery lift lid and jumper te to e1 then turn key on (do not start car) watch the check engine light flash the first sequence is ten series and a pause then single digits next repeat then next code and keep going and will start over.
