Yes. and than the drum will come off. You will find that it will not move at first so take a hammer and tap, not slam, around the edge of the drum to brake the rust. It you have difficulty removing the 2 screws don't strip the heads. Take your screw driver and put it in the slot than tip it at an angle and hit the end with a hammer to apply force sideways to the screw. This will, in most cases, brake the rust and permit the screw to turn.

it may be a fuse , or a relay or a coolant temperature sensor unit normally there are two fuse that control the fan operation ask an auto electrician where they are and how to test the rest

I have a 1999 Mercury tracer. I was driving down the highway two weeks ago and my check engine light came on. i went to autozone and he said something about misfire on bank and vacuum leak. He said it bascially was a tune up. i got in my car the next day and the light went off. it didnt come back on. Last sunday i got a tune up and a oil change. i was driving to work today when my service engine soon light came back on. could it be because its been warm here in st louis and all of a sudden its cold. or do i just need to get it reset. i hope its nothing major because im broke right now and cant afford to get it fixed

You can't There is a pin that engages to lock the steering column that is activated by the turn of the cylinder...You must remove the steering wheel ( a big task considering you have airbags) to disengage the locking mechanism and replace the cylinder...You are best to get a locksmith that deals with automobiles.. They have tools that can extract a broken key...It is far better than having the steering wheel and locking mechanism removed. (It is not cheap!()

does the engine sound funny like turning over fast if it is the timing belt might have broke otherwise it could be the ignition module!

check the idile sensor it may be bad

Check EGR system.. Check Idle Air controll valve.. Could be many things start here..Always look for the simplest things first..

That light just means the emission levels are too high,doesn't mean there is a big problem,a bad plug wire or even a loose fuel cap will turn on the light,

it may be that the steering wheel nut is loose or your steering tracking is off.

follow ur exhaust pipe under hood to under vehicle [will need to jack up and safely support car the o2 sensors look like tubes with a wire connection screwed into top of exhaust pipe --disconnect line using a wrench or buying or borrowing[most auto stores let you borrow special tools] special o2 socket remove sensor replace

Where is the smoke coming from, and are you loosing coolant ?

check fuse or relay,could be motor.
