What are the 2006 suzuki forenza head bolt torque specs?

modern engines do not have a torque setting as such but start at 20 ft lbs and then go to a angular degree setting requiring an angle meter for the studs . IT will be available on line for your engine . Ensure that the stud holes are cleaned out with a thread tap and there is no water or oil at the bottom of the hole . Any threads that go into a water jacket must have thread sealer applied before fitting.

Why is my gear shifter not working properly

Sounds like the transmission engage switch has gone bad. Which happens ALOT with these cars. It is a simple part, about 60 bucks, and not covered under the powertrain warranty. It is also pretty simple to install. Is the check engine light on? You should have it diagnosed and probably get a code P700 (general trans problem) they need to check the transmission codes and it will probably be a 705. Google "Suzuki forum" and will get detailed instructions

Why does my oil light come on?

It's possible that when the engine is at idle RPM it may not produce enough pressure causing the oil pressure sender to activate the light. Does it do this when you just sit and idle the motor? You may also have a oil sender that may need to be replaced.

Fans not working ,or dont go fast enough on to keep radiator cool

check fuses, check fan relays , per fsm Fsm = factory service manual. alldata.com there are 3 cooling fan relays Hi/low and control the ECU outputs only high and low. the ECU is hard coded, (softrware) to run fans. and uses the ECT as the input sensor. so if the low is dead the relay is dead. if the the high is dead , high relay is bad. if the relays look the same, why not swap them to see if the 2 fans switch fail mode.
