Where is the glove box located
where the owners manual is on the RH passenger side dash. You have to remove the Glove box to access the BCM. Look on youtube.
Car will not start
Because the engine turns over means your started had enough voltage to turn ON. You can easily test the voltage on the battery with a volt meter. It should be about 12.0 Volts when the engine is not running. Batteries should normally be charged every few days for about 1/2 hour each time. You can go a short time for a couple of weeks without charging as long as you don't get in to a habit of doing that. If you went for months without running your car; I assumed you had to replace the battery already or your battery would not have been able to turn over the engine or hold a charge.
The automatic door locking is the least of your problems. It might be your car did not have a battery of proper voltage for an extended period of time.
Gasoline does not age well if you did not place any additive for prolonged storage. Even the additive for prolong storage says about a 6 month period. Maybe you should take out some gasoline from your tank to see if it still looks good. I normally don't fill my tank but every 1 to 2 months (without a problem) with no additive added, but 1 year is a long time. My guess is 1 year old gasoline may have changed over time and thickened and it could have contaminated your fuel system.
Depending on how old and how much fuel is in the tank can affect your next step. If the fuel is the problem; you will have to drain the tank and possibly have someone use one of the pressurized fuel cleaning treatments. You might need a new fuel filter, and I know there is a pressure regulator to return the fuel to the tank as well as fuel injectors and the fuel rail. I have never had gasoline that old, so you might need a professional mechanic if you are dealing with old fuel in the system.
The only gasoline I trust to age over time is Coleman fuel in a sealed container (also known as white gas). This can be found where they sell outdoor camping equipment. I don't know if that will help, but I had to run 1 gallon of this in 1992 Oldsmobile 88 because there was no gasoline. Coleman fuel is ultra refined gasoline without the extra additives they normally put in gasoline.
Replace right remote control mirror
The small triangle cover on the inside of the door pops off, just clips. There is a black circle plug just in front of it. These will give you access to the 3, 10mm nuts to remove the mirror.
Speed,rpm,gas,odometer gauges not working
Sounds like a body control module. It is located on top of the glove box. Unfortunately, the miles are stored in this module, so you have to go to a dealer to have it programmed.
Where is the blower motor
To access the blower motor, you have to remove the wiper arms and the black cowl cover. Reomove the cabin air filter and you should see it. You must first remove the black plastic frame, and the motor slides out of a channel.
NO AIR /HEAT
The blower motor resister card shorts and takes out the blower motor, most likely you will need to replace both items.
I have a Saturn L200.
I'm experiencing the same things with my '03 l200. My mechanic replaced the fuel pump about 3 times before finally telling me it was the body control module. It will cost me about $260. On top of the problems you mentioned, my car also doesn't register miles in the odometer, and the dashboard lights flicker. He said all this was because of the faulty body control module.
