Cylinder 3 injector circuit is high. This would mean the injector or the feed wire is not good.

clean termanals and make sure they tight

Its attached to the lever, mounted on the side of the steering column.

Here is a picture of where they are, do not be alarmed if your car is a four cylinder this picture is generic. Bank one sensor 2 should be after the cat in a 4 cylinder. But use the picture as a reference.

Remove the door panel you will see the problemMost likely a broken window regulator
