Check your battery, charging system, and fuses. It sound like a weak battery. If the battery is weak, it could be that the battery is bad or the alternator is not charging the battery. Check the voltage on the battery while the car is running, if it is more than 12 volts (more like 14) then your alternator should be OK. If not, the alternator will need replacing. Next, have the battery load tested, if it fails the test, replacing the battery will probably fix the problem. You may be able to fix this yourself. I hope this helps.

Do you mean the blower only blows on the highest setting? If so the blower motor resistor is defective. The blower resistor is located next to the blower motor in the air ducting under the dash of the passengers side of the car.

Did you bleed the air from the cooling system? If not follow the instructions here.

Without knowing the loads you carry and how you drive (do you accelerate like an egg is under the gas pedal, make slow stops and keep speeds below 65 MPH) I can't render a verdict on whether this is poor fuel economy or not. As far as the long start time have this test run, it is called a fuel pump pressure leak down test. Also have the Engine coolant sensor checked with a scan tool to make sure it is reading the correct engine temperature, this grossly affects fuel economy.

It sounds like he has an issue with the ignition lock cylinder, assuming he is using the correct vehicle key. My advise would be to replace it instead of trying to figure out what is wrong with the one you have because the labor for that would probably be more than replacing the lock cylinder.

There's a vaccuum line that runs off the SCV to the SCV check switch.

P0442: Have you inspected the lines, charcoal cannister etc? Make sure the fuel cap is tight. The easiest way to check the system is to have someone perform a smoke test. I had a DTC on my car which indicated a EVAP problem, it turned out to be the Fuel tank evaporator Control Solenoid.

Sounds like you have a suspension issue. Go out side and push up and down on the front and back of the vehicle. if you see alot of motion, i would recommend replacing some suspension parts

Sounds like a problem with the fan switch. If you can find the fuse for the blower motor, you could pull the fuse to stop the fan until you can get the problem fixed.

check for the diagram of ur infiniti. wiring diagram i mean.

Check the relevant fuses and replace if they are not good.

Check your fuse panel or fuse box and see if there is a fuse for the 4wd. If there is, remove it for a few minutes then reinstall it an see if the 4wd light goes out.
