the rubber line that feed the caliper gets restricked inside open the line on the car side of the line and see if you can push the piston back on the caliper if not open the bleeder and try it if it will from the bleeder not the line replace the flex hose

Noise coming from the belt
My Ford F150 fan belt squeaked and i took my off and it was dry and cracked. So I oiled it and it stopped until i bought a new belt

The only thing that causes this is excessive back pressure in the exhaust system, you likely have a Catalytic Converter that is broken up inside. I am a retired Ford tech and have seen this many times it was always a damaged Catalytic Converter that caused the exhaust back pressure issue.
