Why dome lights with fade do not work when doors are opened or closed?
All of the items you listed are controlled by the Central Control Unit (AKA body control module) which is located under the right side of the dash behind the glove box.The CCU has several battery voltage inputs which should be checked:Fuse #8 (15 Amp), (Hot in RUN or START) and Fuse #15 (20 Amp) (HOT AT ALL TIMES) in passenger compartment fuse block.Fuse #10 (10 Amp) (HOT AT ALL TIMES) in the engine compartment fuse block, via the inertia switch located ay the left rear side of the engine compartment. Note: the inertia switch supplies power to pin #18 (BLUE/GREEN wire) at the CCU connector C0428. If there is battery voltage at this pin, the inertia switch is OK.When you check your fuses, make sure they have power when they are supposed to have power. I have had many people simply LOOK at the fuses and tell me they are OK only to find out that the fuse has no power even though it is not blown. (possible connector or wiring problem to the fuse itself). If this information is not enough to locate the problem, you will need a scan tool that is capable of two-way communication with your onboard computer network to continue diagnosis.
Can not find filter
Hay..It's easy to find....It's in the rear left hand Conner under the engine compartment..Always replace it in to the order..because sometimes td4 will not rev above 2000rpm if the fuel filter got blocks...
Brake light fuse and fog light fuse blowing
-- First - double check that you have the right sized fuse. If you're using a 15 instead of a 30 - it'll blow for sure.
-- Maybe the light is too bright for your circuit. Try a dimmer bulb.
-- Next, have you had anything installed in your car BEFORE this started happening??? More specifically, on the same circuit as the one that is blowing??? If yes, you'll need to make sure that a no wire is touching any metal part of the car, or that no screw pierced a wire and now makes contact with metal or water.mthat can easily cause a short and blowbthe fuse.
Take a few moments to inspect the condition of the wires, make sure everything looks good and use electrical tape to repair if need be.

How to replace water pump
The water pump is driven by the timing belt which should also be replaced. This is not a job for anyone but an experienced mechanic and involves a considerable amount of engine disassembly. Your best bet is to take it to a shop.
P1319 on extremely low tank
p1319 Land Rover:Misfire with Low/Empty FuelDrive cycle C:Signal out of range - above maximump2097- Exhaust leak near O2 sensor- Faulty O2 sensor- Fuel contaminationbased on these two codes it sounds like you have crap in your gas tank, especially water. Get two bottles of dry gas WITH fuelnjector cleaner. Add both bottles at the same time then fill the tank with PREMIUM ( not regular ) gas. MAKE SURE it is a good quality gas at a SUNOCO, MOBIL, etc station; not elcheapo. If this doesn\'t clear it take it to a dealer. Read more:

Clutch
The new clutch assembly will be available from any Land Rover shop but be sure to quote the Chassis number. Replacing the unit is straightforward but not a job for anyone without a hoist and some basic knowledge of these assemblies, also a spline alignment tool. If you must do it yourself, get a copy of the workshop manual and follow the instructions carefully. Honestly, by the time you mess around with it, it will be cheaper to go to a Land Rover specialist (not a dealer) and get it done professionally
