what makes you think it has one.? or is this a wild goose chase.
most 90s suzuki, any make have no relay. crude yes, but fact.
i just looked, bingo, no relay, so is just a waste of my time.
why not post symptoms (both dead, lows, highs and flash mode>?)
dim lamps. (there is a fuse for both sides)
and let me tell you how to find it in 5min works with a voltmeter.

bad head light switch. or its connector loose
car is in canada (sure, location really does matter )
and has DRL and DRL is busted.
this car is really a Suzuki Swift.

a $10 voltmeter, and bingo, no more guessing.
ask how to use one, its childs play.

if one lamp is dead, swap lamps after checking fuses.
or look at the bulb with eyes, see those, tungsten filaments (edison)
if one is gone, it is.
