Sounds like your speed sensor has gone out. it is located on the passenger side just under the spindle/hub assembly. it is about a $40.00 part. try a local junk yard those some times help out with parts that you can get really cheap that way you can also find out if it is the speed sensor itself. Also it is just under the half shaft. it is easy to get too with the car on jack stands and the right front wheel off the car. you might have to pull the brake assembly off. Not necessarily . Sensor CIRCUIT A . could be a wiring problem as well . You need to test the circuit (wiring ) before replacing parts . YouTube has a lot of videos on testing engine sensor circuits . Go to youtube type P0335 in search box at top . Check out this video , don't worry that it's a chevy . If this is something that occured all of the sudden, unplug the vacuum hose from the vacuum booster behind the brake master cylinder. Plug the hose and see if the idle settles down. If it does, replace the brake booster. Let me know, also, what codes have been pulled?
