Kia over heats when air is on only
your AC cooling fan is not working properly, most vehicle has two fans, one for the radiator and another for AC, both work in sync with one another; if one cooling fan only working it does not produce enough cooling for both radiator and condenser at the same time; by running ac you producing more heat and its cant cool the engine fast enough with one fan so your engine is overheating when running AC. The temperature sensor could be faulty and need to be replace or your fan motor can also be faulty. Check the fuse first and the relay make sure they are not burn out. sensor cost about 30 bucks get it new, relay 35-40 new used 5 bucks at junk yard, fan get it from a junk yard for 25-30 bucks, new will run over 100 bucks. don't run the air and overheat your motor, it can damage your engine or may blow your radiator. if you do run ac watch the temp very closely, don't let temperature get into the red.

Why am i getting water in my a/c blower motor
Is the evaporator drain from the HVAC system possibly plugged with debris, look for the drain pipe opening in the engine compartment, usually on the firewall on the passenger side. Poke a piece of wire up in it to try to unblock it so it will drain the H2O that has condensed on the A/C evaporator and can't drain out. do you live in a high humidity area? Getting fuel and spark will not start
Do you have a automatic transmission? If so try placing it in neutral and then attempt to start. Have you done a compression test? If you don't have at least 100 psi per cylinder, (obviously more is better) then it wont run. It's also a good idea to check the engine mechanical timing because if that's off, even by 1 tooth, that could prevent it from starting..
