there is a drain under the car for the condensation from the AC, it is plugged, use a coat hanger and clear that drain

The best thing to use for any type electrical connector or relay would be contact cleaner spray. It can be found at any parts house or electrical wharehouse. If you cant find contact cleaner try pure isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Spray contact cleaner on connectors and brush with toothbrush; repeat if neccessary. let dry before re-connecting and starting engine. the pin on which the reading showing zero is not hot.the one on which the reading shows over 20 v is getting hot.check out with the meter to locate the faulty one.

Most cars are designed to be overoptimistic by about 5-10%, this heps to keep the speeding fines less. If you want to calibrate it, your Porsche dealer should be able to refer you to a reputable supplier / dealer in car electronics. It shouldn't cost more than about 250 dollars to do - and you get a dyno print-out to boot!

your ignition switch has gone bad... it will need replacing... there is an identical part made by AUdi that is much cheaper as well... tell your mechanic you would like it instead of the Porsche OEM one

That is the PCM powertrain control module. it usually does not go bad. Most likely one of the components that feed the PCM or that the PCM controls is malfunctioning. Scan for trouble codes to replace shorted sensor as needed.
Get the car rechecked before spending so much.

if you can lower the back seat, you should be able to get your hand in far enough to get at the latch. you'll need a flashlight. some cars have a pull cable in the trunk also which would be even easier. good luck

check for door seal inside the door pannel specific area the lower part of the door /yes you have to remove the door pannel /////// if that does not work try the water drain on the front, below the battery remove battery plate and clean the drain rubber / the water runs all the way to the back from the bottom of he carpet

there should be a lever that you have to pull in the vehicle that will pop the hood up just enough that you can reach the lever to move the hood open

The best thing to check, and least expensive, is to check all grounds. Make sure all systems you mentioned have a good connection to ground. You may also try disconnecting and reconnecting the electrical plugs to the mentioned systems. This may re-establish a non resistive connection.
