Both break lights are not
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for atleast 5mins. or more before reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get your vehicle back to it's normal operation.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
I cannot get electricity in the fuel pump plug
Check the inertia switch that is below the left front seat attached to the seat base rear cross-member. If it has been activated, it needs to be reset by pressing down on the button. If it does not seem to reset, remove and check the contact for continuity with an ohmmeter. If you do not get continuity, replace the inertia switch.

' 90 LR steering problem
You most likely have a worn belt causing the belt squeaking,or it needs tightening. It may even help the steering. Now,on the front, check to see if the brake pads on the front, are down to the metal,if they are,it wheel grab the rotor, instead of allowing it to move, and make steering difficult. If the pads are down to the metal,it will cause the wheel not to move, therefore, the steering hard at times, and not smooth at all.If this was helpful, pleas let us know, thank you.
1990 Range Rover dash light failure
If you disconnect your trailer harness do they work?
If so then the wiring is wrong, if not then you could of damaged part of the harness, and yes Lucas is a nightmare, as they say once you let the smoke out of the wire, you can't get it back in.
Check the main fuse panel for any blown fuses as is hopefully popped a fuse rather than melting any wires.
Good luck and keep me posted, i would be happy to help you trace the fault further

No hot air comes from the heater
Its hard to say with everything that has been done. But if the motor is solid and there are no leaks then the most common things to do is replace the radiator cap, thermostat, and bleed the system.
A easy was to bleed it is to run it with the radiator cap off for about 10 minutes. let the coolnat flow and top it off as it goes down. Squeeze the radiator hoses as well to help brake up any air.
If you replace those 2 parts and bleed the system then you have a major failure somewhere else. Could be inside the engine or the belnd door to the AC/Heat.
Transfer case swap out?
What you will need.
Ideally when one obtains the LT230, they will want to also make sure to retain the LT-230 shifter linkage and parking brake drum, cable and the frame mounts as well. Some also chose to obtain the center console pieces from a 1988 Range Rover Classic, which used the LT-230 transfer case, and had provisions for a light which would illuminate when the center differential lock is engaged.
