Something is wrong with my throttle body injector
You should be able to get a replacement either at a car parts store or an on-line supplier. It is probably not very hard to change - unlatch the electrical connector and unplug, then remove the clamping screws and pull the old injector out. Be sure to check for an O-ring in the seat; you don't want to try to put in two o-rings (not all designs use one).I assume you know the injector is bad because you have observed uneven or erratic spray from it, or you know the solenoid coil is defective.

How do you fix the foot pedal on a manual for a
There are only 2 types of clutch linkage, cable or hydraulic.
I am assuming it is cable, and it snapped.
Not hard to do. Unattach each end, and remove. When you put the new one in, make sure to adjust it to about a half inch freeplay, unless it is self adjusting.
If linkage is hydraulic, then check the fluid and look for leaks.

I am having a few
Whom ever told you that the Saturn's where hard to find parts for it is wrong. I used to own a 1992 Saturn SL1, and had no problem finding parts at the local Autozone or Napa stores. I believe that your fuel filter is either located on the frame rail just under between the drivers and rear seats; or possibly under the hood in-line just before the fuel rails/ injectors. I wish I would have never gotten rid of mine, it was a great little car.

Gentlepersons... have 1992SL1
That is pretty easy. If your Saturn is an SL1 it is single cam if it is an SL2 it is dual cam. That is the only difference between an SL1 and an SL2 - Saturn didn't even bother to put a tag or emblem anywhere on the body to differentiate between the the two models. The 8th digit in the VIN will confirm this for you. If the 8th digit is "7" it is a Dual Overhead Cam (DOHC) engine. If the 8th digit is a "9" then it is a Single Overhead Cam (SOHC) engine. When you have seen both engines, it is pretty obvious by simply looking at them. The DOHC cam cover is much wider and has 2 "humps" with spark plugs and wires going down the center between the humps. The SOHC cam cover is narrow and the plugs and wires go down one side.
Also in the 1992 model year, the DOHC engine was equipped with Multiport Fuel Injection. (MFI) The fuel injectors (4 of them) were located in the top of the intake manifold. The SOHC engine had Throttle Body Injection (TBI) The two injectors were located in the throttle body.
I don't have any pictures of the cam covers, but I have pictures of the cam cover gaskets (AKA Valve Cover Gaskets) you can very easilly see the difference.

1992 saturan SL1 1.9L DOHC lost an idle,is there
On the throttle body you will find the IAC idle control valve, with two wires going to it, unplug and plug it back if no change then bang on the IAC if it goes to normal idle change one with used one and should be fine.
Idle aslo goes high IF a vacume hoses get cracked or come off.

Car shuts off while driving,why?
I'd have a shop look at it, reason being early Saturns are KNOWN for electrical issues - shorting out at fuse box and assorted wiring issues.

I have a 1992 saturn sl1 twin cam with 140,000
The s-series saturns were known for all kinds of problems with their transmissions, you could have a bad shift solenoid or a worn pressure regulator valve inside the valve body causing hydraulic pressure loss, i would try and service the transmission drain the fluid and replace the spin on filter, if that doesnt help the shifting problems theres more then likely a problem with a shift solenoid or a worn prssure regulator valve both require the top transmission pan be removed, once its removed ohm out the 5 solenoids, the resistance should be between 4.5 and 6 ohms if one or more of the solenoids are out of these values replace the solenoid with a new unit, do you have a service engine soon light illuminated on your instrument cluster at all??

So i was just wondering
A car that old is not worth rebuilding the engine. For the price of an engine rebuild you can buy a 99 Saturn with half the miles. Or you can call a junkyard and see if they can locate you a SOHC saturn engine to fit a 92, probably any Saturn SOHC up to 95 will do. Used motor will cost 300-400 dollars plus removal/install while a rebuild will cost you 1500 at least plus a removal/install.

I need to know where
Where all O2 Sensors have been for 25 years
In both ends of the converter
Some times, just before converter in exhaust pipe
An O2 Sensor Code---Does Not mean it is bad or has to be replaced
The code indicates it went out of range
You need to find out why.
Then only if you test it, and it has failed, would you replace it.
