Hyundai sonata will noy shift out of park
Can you shift out of park if you don't start the engine ?Often times the brake light switch is faulty or the solenoid that locks the shifter. Sometimes the shifter can be moved if the key lock is turned but not to the on position.

Autogearbox
Possibly need your bands tighten and the oil/filter changed. See a specialist automatic transmission guy. Most mechanics won't even attempt it

get the catalytic converter checked. it could be clogged, take the oxygen sensor out and put in a pressure gauge, any auto shop should be able to check it for you. if thats ok, check fuel pressure.

You have an engine control unit, but that is rarely the problem. Is your engine light on? If yes, let me know and I'll send procedures for extracting the trouble codes that may identify the problem.
If no engine light, the first thing I would check is the fuel pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum hose off the regulator and plug it with a golf tee. Start the engine and see if gas comes out the vacuum port on the regulator. Is indicates a busted diaphram. Even if the diaphram is good, I would then borrow a fuel pressure gage and run the tests below to make sure the regulator is working to keep the pressure at 39psi. Let me know if this isn't it or you have more questions.
- Relieve fuel system pressure.
- Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative battery cable.
When disconnecting any fuel system hoses, always place a shop towel to prevent residual fuel from spaying.
- Disconnect the high pressure hose at the delivery side. Using a fuel pressure gauge and adapter (09353-24000 or equivalent), install the adapter to the delivery pipe.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Activate the fuel pump, by applying battery voltage to the fuel pump drive terminal. Check that there is no leakage from pressure gauge or connections.

- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the pressure regulator and plug.

- Operate the engine at idle and check the fuel pressure. Fuel pressure should be 47-50 psi (330-350 kPa).
- Reconnect the vacuum hose to the pressure regulator. With the engine idling, fuel pressure should be 39 psi (270 kPa).
- If the specified values are not met, make the necessary repairs, as indicated in the diagnosis chart.
- Shut the engine OFF. Check that the fuel pressure is maintained at the value indicated in Step 8, for approximately 5 minutes.
- Relieve the fuel pressure.
- Remove the fuel pressure gauge and reconnect the high pressure hose, using a new O-ring.
- Start the engine and check for leaks.

My power steering belt came
Maybe the belt was not center on the pulley's, try it again, make should the belt is center on all pulley, there no other reason why the belt would pop off, if the engine was not running.

2003 Hyundai Sonata starts when cold and dies after warming up.
Wiring problem or the ECU (engine control unit) is defective. Try this, disconnect the battery cables from the battery and short/touch them together for 30 seconds (do not do this if connected to the battery). Then, reconnect the cables to the battery posts & see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, then there is a wiring problem associated with the cam pos snsr or the ECU has gone bad.
