Disconnect the battery, wait a minute or two, reconnect the battery.

Replace the shift solenoids. Only one on the transmission that has 2 solenoids paired together.

CHECK IAC SENSOR,CLEAN THROTTLE BODY.

Check connection to starter. Might need to replace starter. I'd start by checking connection's and make sure tight.

CO2 levels are set by the ECM program. If the HO2S and O2 sensors are working properly then that information is relayed to the ECM ,checked against the CPU program and the air/fuel mixture/timing is adjusted by the ECM to rectify the readings. Run the fault codes to see if there is a sensor problem
