THE REAR BRAKE ROTOR IS A LOOSE ROTOR AND SHOULD COME OFF EASILY. IF NOT, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE ROTOR IS HELD BY RUST ONTO THE HUB OR THE BRAKE SHOES IS STILL EMBEDDED INTO THE ROTOR. REMOVE THE HANDBRAKE CABLE TO ENSURE THAT THE BRAKESHOES COLLAPSE AND TRY TO LOSEN IT AGAIN. IF SEASED ONTO THE HUB BY RUST, KNOCK THE ROTOR WITH A COPPER HAMMER TO BRAKE THE RUST WITH A RUST REMOVER.

Have a qualified Hyundai Service Technician properly diagnose your vehicle. There are literally hunderds of diagnostic trouble codes which can turn ON the AIRBAG light.

The most common - High resistance in one or more of the airbag components (DAB, PAB, CAB
, PPD, WARNING LIGHT FAILURE, ETC.)

Check for bad fuse.

Hefty bill, the solenoid in the transmission is bad.

Sounds like the clutch release bearing (throwout bearing) is seized in place.
