How to remove rear brake rotors

THE REAR BRAKE ROTOR IS A LOOSE ROTOR AND SHOULD COME OFF EASILY. IF NOT, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE ROTOR IS HELD BY RUST ONTO THE HUB OR THE BRAKE SHOES IS STILL EMBEDDED INTO THE ROTOR. REMOVE THE HANDBRAKE CABLE TO ENSURE THAT THE BRAKESHOES COLLAPSE AND TRY TO LOSEN IT AGAIN. IF SEASED ONTO THE HUB BY RUST, KNOCK THE ROTOR WITH A COPPER HAMMER TO BRAKE THE RUST WITH A RUST REMOVER.

What is the labor hours to replace a 2.4 ltr engine in a 2004 Santa Fe?

Right around 10-12 hours. My book time shows 10 hours to R&I and then I would add at least 2 hours to transfer parts to the new or used engine. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa
