ask maker that, Lincoln mixing up parts is not easy, ask them,

condensation from the A/C. some times the a/c runs while the heat is on. check the a/c drain.

I would start by checking the height sensor to see if it is working, then the pump.

Here are pictures for 1990 Lincoln Town Car Relay/Fuse box under the hood....which may or may not help. It has 40 amps for the heater blower and nothing having to do with A/C in this box

Sounds like possibly water pump. Sometimes the fins break inside and doesn't circulate enough water. I would start there

it sounds like the voltage regulator is faulty.........it is integrated into your altenator so you will want to have your charging system checked

Had similar trbl once, turned out t be worn distributor. Also, torque converter can cause it if not releasing lock up cond.

there is a fuel pump inertia switch in trunk. this is designed to trip and cut pump off in wreck. if it gets bumped can trigger and cut pump off it is a button you push should be a sign on side of trunk showing it

A car radio needs power which you say it has. Also needs an antenna hooked to the radio. Next it needs hooked to the speakers. If you have all of the above connected and still doesn't work, look for another radio.

The valve that allows hot water into heater core is stuck in the closed position. It needs to be replaced.

If the compressor is the problem A/C should work. But I work with idiots. I replace the compressor, expansion valve and dryer. And clean the system out. They replaced the compressor. then the expansion valve. then did it again after they clean the lines out, Then again, because the dryer held to much metal from the compressor going bad. And yes, you can bypass the heater core. But if the blend door actuator is bad, it won't be cold.

Make sure nothing touching it or check your sensor located around it.

From what you just said i dont belive the mechanic checked your fuses correctly.

Check your self to confirm, But if no avial i belive the controller for your lighting may be fried.

Water is probably coming from behind the dashboard. It will be from the windshield or the firewall that water is getting in.

Don't put a larger fuse in; you could burn up the wiring. You need to look at each item that the fuse protects and see which is shorted to ground. You need a wiring diagram and an ohmmeter.

A quick check to see if it is the relay is to turn on the AC, the fan should come on while the AC is on. If it doesnt you are more than likely going to have to replace it.

Check to see if the Control cable from the transmission got hooked back up to the throttle body.

You my friend have a problem. I suggest a trusted transmission shop or a salvbage yard replacement.
