PROBABLY THE DOORS ( THAT CHANGE FROM HEAT TO COOL ) ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY CHECK IF THEY MOVE PROPERLY.
My battery went dead and after i charged the battery the air conditioning does not cool
What happens is, you have a battery and an alternator. The alternator charges the battery when the engine is running. It can only put out so many amps at 12 volts. A/C compressor runs off the engine, but the clutch for it is electric, and the blower fan is electric. When these are running, unless the car engine is running at above idle RPM's, your alternator may not be actually putting out enough amps to run the A/C AND charge the battery. So it is possible for the battery to go dead, especially if you start the car more than a couple times with out letting the battery charge. It happened to a friend of mine. He delivered newspapers, and it was a hot summer day. His A/C was on, plus, his car had 2 electric fans for the radiator. He was only idling along delivering his papers, and at one point he shut his car off. When he went to re-start, it was dead. He called me and I gave him a jump start, and told him to go for a ride down the expressway, to charge his battery. You see the A/C took say 30 amps, then each cooling fan for his radiator took say 20 amps a piece, then add in the stereo, and the power it takes to fire the spark plugs, and there wasn't enough left to charge the battery. Most cars these days only have 100 amp alternators. Older cars have less
Code 1650
It is theft detected. definitely security system. take to dealer or call dealer for code to reset.
Rpm surge when driving
Did anyone clean the ports where the IAC sets? Has anyone cleaned the airhorn butterfly flap?
Shuts off while driving
I think you need another diagnostic done on the vehicle. Or I would have someone check the fuel pump and filter. Fuel filters and clog up and shut a car down.
How to replace freon
find the air cond. lines and the bigger one is the low side that is where you should find the port, The connector will only fit the low side,
Door ajar light
Most likely a bad micro-switch in the driver door latch assembly.
No fire to number one coil
before you go for the worst position, get first the spark plug out and check if it is burnt. Have you changed spark plugs before? Second If the spark plug is ok,then do a compression test,to see whether you do have any problem with either an inlet or exhaust valve. The other thing is since you swap coil, have you checked whether the faulty coil works or not on the other spark plug? if it is working and the good coil on the faulty cylinder does work then the fault is either on the coil side,or the wiring from the ECU to the coil is either broken, cracked,or shorted. The last thing you do then is the ECU.
Gear display data error
CHECK THE PCM DIODE. Apparently these get loose over time.... I had the
same symptoms, car would randomly not start. Drove me crazy for
months. Then one day I was pulling the relays in and out and noticed
the PCM Diode suddenly made a CLICK when I pushed it down. Apparently it
was creeping out of it's socket over the years. All I had to do was
push it back in, and voila! problem went away!!
Btw, in my car, Lincoln Continental 1999, the diode is to the left of
Relay 7 (PCM Relay). This solved the mysterious "GEAR DISPLAY ERROR",
CHECK TRACTION CONTROL, etc., and PATS code 16.
