Remove the battery cables,and clean them ,make them shine,remove all the grey,or black that is coating the post on the battery,and the battery ends,where they meet the post,this is a common problem,just do this,and see what happens,if this does not help,check for a fusible link burned into,it will come off the positive battery cable where it goes on the stater,or at a jump post,it may have a red plastic cap on it.But I believe it will be the cable ends,and the battery post,that are the problem,and have the battery checked,but this cleaning will most likely solve the problem.
