head torque is in 3 parts.... stage1....... 20nm stage2........40nm and stage3 .......49 to 59 nm so anywher in middlevalve clearance inlet 0.25mm hotand outlet 0.33mm hothope this helps and if need anymore tech data just let me know and ill try and sort it for youplease leave a comment and a thumbs up.... cheers

do the heater copper water pipes go through the firewall of the engine bay ? or are they connected via rubber hoses through the fire wall. If so it could be a rubber hose. if the core is leaking you have to pull the whole dash apart to get at it. Watch out if airbags involved disconnect any air bags first .

If you mean the plug wires you need to twist them as you pull on them by the boot only. As far as tge plugs spray some pb blaster on them wait a while then try them.

I have seen this one time, same as you though it may be coil or other ignition issue, was in the end a defective fuel injector.

first check if you have a oil cooler on your oil filter or in the rediator, if yes then change that. if not that then check if you have overheated the car and the head is faulty or head gasget.

Use only Throttle Body cleaner, which you can purchase at any auto parts store. DO NOT use carburetor cleaner, as this can damage the special coating they put on the throttle body at manufacture. Throttle body cleaner is relatively inexpensive. I hope this helps! :) -Jason

I inherited a 1990 Charade when Dad died in 2001. Did you try a simple tune-up? Plugs, Distributor Cap, Plug Wires, Rotor Bug..? Worse case scenario Timing Belt slipped a notch..

run fault codes to find which sensor is not correct

Firing order is 123 with 1 being the side farthest from the distributor.
