There is water draining from a hose connected to

Does it do this all the time or only while running the air conditioner? There are two possibilities. One, when the a/c is running, water condenses on the evaporator and it has to drain out of the box via that hose, this is normal. Two, your heater core is leaking and this is where the water is coming from.

Where are the four O2 sensors on a 2003 Montero

According to the service literature I read, the 2003 Montero Sport with the 3.0 or 3.5 L engine does not have O2 sensors listed even in the maintenance schedule. The 2.4 L engine has it on the exhaust manifold though.
---
However, the following lists the par, though for before or after the catalytic converter:

http://www.partstrain.com/store/index.php?VN=4294967180+4294966587+4294964143+&Nr=AND(universal:0)&N=0&Ntt=Oxygen%20Sensor

---
I think that $250 to $300 is reasonable if the Oxygen sensors are stuck in there with rust and the threads are preserved by the technician. Oxygen Sensor replacement can be tricky.
---
Good luck on this repair.

Battery light indicator went on

If your battery light indicator went on it indicates that the battery is not charging because of either a dying battery or alternator or both!
With the red battery indicator on, the battery will eventually drain out (especially if the alternator is faulty) to the point where it will not provide the required power to the car electrical system ... thus causing it to 'sputter' and eventually die out - a sure sign it that you cannot restart the motor due to a weak of flat battery!
Hope it helps you understand the possible problem!

When at idle engine feels like it is missing just

check the spark plug caps underneathe the manifold at the top of the engine and amake sure that the caps are all seated snugly and evenly as this has caused the car to feel as though there was a blown plug. that is estimated to cause at least 900 dollars in repair costs.

How to check if my clutch is good on my car A/C

Once it is engaged unless you are hearing any unusual slipping noise there is no reason that the clutch can go bad.
Start the engine rev up asking someone to be within and switch on AC to idle, now rev up the AC. If there is no visible signs of the RPM of the compressor dropping off the clutch is good. However if there is problems relative to cooling it can be failrue of the compressor, clogged evaporator or leakage of gas.

Headlight adjustment

The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly, behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator support.

You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam (separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal adjustment screws as well

Park your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same bulb, only do it for the lows)

For Low Beams: If the headlights read VOR, then aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall. If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.

For High Beams (if separate from low beams): Aim the headlight directly at the line you marked on the wall.

Code po154 what does it mean and what do i do to

Hi,
The reason for code po154 is that there is no activity detected on the Bank 2 Sensor 1 . But there is also a bulletin that reprograms the computer for a false readout. Basically you need to monitor the O2 sensor action. If it looks in good condition then the reprogram needs to be done. If not, you need to replace the O2 sensor.

Thank you !!

My horn keeps going off in the middle of the night

Just voluntarily fire the alarm off yourself each nite before you go to bed. Just hit the horn alarm button and let it blow once and hit it again to stop it. If you do this each nite it won't go off in the middle of the nite.
