Why does car shut off and checking light randomly blinks
Check engine light or MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) comes on when there is something wrong with the engine's injection system or when the car stalled. Get it scanned for Error Code and fix the error, usually engine sensors. Electrical connectors to the sensors coming loose would give the same problem.

Radiator fan not running while car is on
There could be a number of reasons why the fan is not coming on. First of all, it will not come on until the temp reaches a level necessary to have it on. In addition, if the a/c is on, it should be running at all times while the a/c is on. If your car has a/c, turn it on and check to see if radiator fan is running. If not check the following, coolant temp sensor, radiator fan relay fuse, radiator fan motor, coolant fan switch and temp sensor. Start with the easiest, the fuse and work from there. Most switches and sensors can be tested with a simple ohmeter.
Hi, my cooling fan on my 1992 corola stays on all
A 1992 Toyota Corolla is equipped with 2 cooling fans. One is called the radiator cooling fan and the other is called the A/C condensor fan. They SHOULD BOTH be on anytime the key is on if you have your climate controls set to A/C or DEFROST.
If your climate controls are set on HEAT or OFF, then I would check for a stuck cooling fan relay. Again, there are two - one for the radiator fan and one for the condensor fan. Unplug the relay to shut the fan off. The relays can usually be swapped to see if the problem is actually the relay or some other problem in the circuit.
Why my car has aproblem to start even if i buy a new starter?
It can be related to the battery. If it's not the battery, check the fuel line/pump. Also, check if the spark plugs are working and connected. These are the most common problems related to engine start failure. If it's not one of these, it could be something related to the electric wiring system or something more serious. I'd recommend for you to look for a specialized mechanic if you can't find out the cause of the problem. And one last ting, it is kinda of a rare cause, but if the car has been parked/stopped for more than one year, try to empty the fuel tank and fill it with good quality fuel, as gasoline tends to evaporate/lose it's efficiency after a while.
Hope that this helps!
