The passenger mirror on my 2003 Toyota 4 Runner

With my 4 runner, I had the same problem. All I needed to do was use a phillips head screw driver and tighten up a screw that is underneath the mirror housing. i.e. there is a screw hole on under side of the hosing for the mirror. Find that hole and tighten (it may seem tight already, but just give it a little bit more torque and see if that helps)

2003 4 Runner has resonate vibration in steering wheel

If yours is a 2003, you might look at changing the power steering fluid. I have a 97 Accord that would start jerking the steering wheel back and forth after it had warmed up. Replaced axles and didn't work, but replaced the fluid and it hasn't happened since. Wouldn't be hard or expensive to try. Just be sure to use the right fluid.

Why my Fcc:nahas2501 remote does not work?

not sure what remote you're talking about try being more specific we're not mind readers here.If you're talking about your key chain remote that works your locks, it's probably got a dead battery. get a screw driver and pop it apart, go to walmart and look for the numbers on that battery and match them to a new battery. done.
