get the JBL service manual. and read it. or open it and clean it all out inside, cars are dirty things. or take it to any service shop

Driver side axle leak

front or rear? axle. movement where in, out, left right , up or down,. or all? its a 3D world post directions. btw, most seals that leak are due to bad bearings allowing the shaft to beat the seal to bloody death, fact. (Timken.com) only 1 exception, but is not where you are.

Cabin heat

Sure the heater core may be blocked ... do you get hot water when the engine is running? do you see the hoses that go from the radiator to the heater?

check those first !

You have to have a thermostat in toyotas for the water to get hot!

Is there a thermostat

Does the fan Blow

2003 Toyota Celica Rad fan works continuous. Heater is barely blowing warm air I feel like the two problems are connected. The Rad fan comes on as soon as you turn the switch...

Hi S, The fan is not controlled through or by the ECU. I suggest you check the connection to the fan temperature sensor. If it is disconnected the fan will operate. Refit the connector and make sure the connection is making good contact. If the fan continues to run make sure that the relay is not fused and that it is operating correctly. Regards John

could be a fuse check out your fuses if thats not it then could be the the engine light display isnt connected
