Has a skip or stutter at low rpm acceleration.
First look at the spark plugs and ignition wires especially if it has over 60K miles. Secondly it could be fuel related like dirty injectors or poor gas. If it happened suddenly, you might have gotten water in the gas; try removing the fuel filter and dumping the fuel in the filter reverse flow into a clear glass jar and see what you picked up with your gas; then replace the filter.
Manual stickshift
It could be the clutch is slipping so badly that it won't drive; this is the most likely problem with a Toyota. It could be something worse like a broken shaft in the transmission or maybe somebody pranked you by removing the drive shaft. If it is 4 wheel drive, it could be in the transfer case. A remote possibility is a broken axle or rear end problem.
Bypass hose
Loosen the screw that holds the hose clamps in place. Then twist the hose to remove it from the thermostat housing.
