Check all the vacumn hoses first ,its showing a 1985 model on here so is it a carb or mono point fuel injection ?

There are only about two places for fluid to be lost. A leak to the outside of the engine, in which case you should see it somewhere in the engine bay or on the ground. A leaky head gasket, which you should be able to smell as different from 'normal' exhaust. An auto shop may do a pressure check for free. Maybe.

how is the throwout bearing? Is it still there? If you are bleeding it correctly with a power bleeder, master first then slave; I would be looking into the mechanical parts, like the bearing and yoke.

Change the fluid and filter. If i remember correctly reverse and third gear share the same band and clutch pack. Some transmissions you could tighten the band on it.

What reading on the test is showing fail?

Go to auto zone to check for code it is fee.

my 1985 transmittion problem required replacement of transmittion relay. toyota part 89591-28010. also same part has 061700-0800,12v,denso japan markings. 4 prong plug located under dash above fuse panel,drivers side. it just pulls off,straight down. have tested before replacement.need more info,let me know. alan

The are what is called the sweet zone indicators, green means best MPG is being achived and red means get off the gas lady.

most likely culpret ignition switch under dash on steering colume.
