Hello, the 15A tail fuse is the only fuse in this circuit, yes there is a short to ground, remove all the bulbs in the rear and check to see if the fuse still blows, if not the problem is at the rear lights, possibly a wrong bulb in one of the sockets or s short between the green wires(power) and ground(white/black) wires. If this doesn't stop the short then the problem is up front, possibly a parking or side marker light, do the same, remove the bulbs, if the fuse stays in replace the bulbs one by one until it blows again to isolate which light is causing the problem.

WOW ,start by looking what muffler got cought up in ,start testing for power from steering column bottom ,and yes it could be the hand set on steering wheel.

You need a feeler gauge and a socket on the Crank. Rotate until the Lash is out of the Cam (NOT LIFTED and install the Feeler Gauge and loosen and then tighten to be within spec. You will need to rotate the engine a few times and keep track of the ones you do.

run fault codes and check for cam / crank position sensor . Check that the cam shaft is turning ( broken timing belt/chain) check immobiliser is operational

from necessity to place a horn where the noise has the least restriction to the outside most horns are located behind the front grill /panel around the radiator area

if it turns over not the starter or switch check and see if it is getting fire pull plug wire put screwdriver in it with you holding plastic part of screwdriver close to metal but not touching and have someone spin it over and see if it sparks if not you have ignition problem
