Has the car triggered any OBD codes (ie check engine light goes on) which would help diagnose the problem? I do not know a way to do "naturally" (no additives or cleaners). Regardless....since the fuel additive helped once, an approach is too assume that the engine is just real dirty .... so you might try: 1-Add another batch of fuel additive cleaner 2-Pull the spark plugs and clean them ... they are likely to still have some carbon buildup 3-Put in new air filter 4-Clean the MAF (mass air flow) sensor which is in the air intake (between the air filter and engine). Use a MAF spray cleaner, and a Throttle Body spray cleaner (which also, cleans the iac (idle air control) valve.

Make sure the white wire to the pump has a good ground connection to the chassis. Then trace the power through the circuit opening relay. This is the most likely problem, as this is a dual relay. The relay coil gets battery positive from the starter relay, which you know is working or the starter would not turn. Check to make sure the white wire has a good ground connection. see diagram below.

Igniter usually. You need a few things. Do you have fuel? To the carb not just in the fuel tank. And do you have spark? Check all plugs. Turn car over with a plug wire removed and see if you have spark otherwise you need to diagnose air intake or compression. Usually igniter if you have no spark. Hope this helps.

Check connections on fuelpump.
It's probably time to change the fuelpump anyway.

Take it back to person who last change oil, demand to fix it.

If the vehicle has an inertia fuel pump shut off, details of the location will be in the vehicle handbook. Some early cars didn't have the inertia switch and the fuel pump relay relied on a connection to the oil pressure warning light or ignition light or similar so if the engine stopped so did the fuel pump. Most inertia switches are fitted behind the passenger footwell plastic kick panel or visibly in the engine compartment. A few early examples were fitted in the spare wheel well.

Could be. Or the fuel pressure is low, or something is blocking the exhaust or air intake.

First thing to check is the fuse. If that is good check both of the lamps. I have had both blow on me with in minutes of each other so that is not probable but possible. If that is not it you need to start looking into the switch itself.

Usually under the hood since it has to pass more current. Go to auto parts store they can tell you where it is and sell you a new one.

First I would pull plugs if its missing ,it seems like only running on 3 cylinders ,you'll find spark plug all loaded up and fouled clean or replace with new.If vehical uses excessive oil peticularly on freeway, possibly just head needs valve guide seals.
