How to replace a headlight on a 1999 Toyota Camry
If you are changing the bulbs, lift the hood, unplug the back of the
light (there's a huge plug lookin' thing) usually requires a screwdriver
because there's a point you need to depress to get the plug to
release...pull the back of the headlight cover off (screwdriver
depressed plastic points or tiny screws depending on the model)...pull
out the old bulb and put the new one in.
If you are replacing the entire assembley, unplug it and pull the whole
thing out (involving screws or depressed plastic points...use a flathead
screwdriver on those) and replace. It's really quite painless.
there are relay switches for your fan and it could fautly or so and maybe changing them out will help, but before that it could be a engine overheating issue too such as low coolant level. With low coolant level, it could your engine is running a little hotter then normal and when you turn your engine off, the fan comes on to help cool your car down. So at least check your coolant level or try to fill up, if it still comes on after that, then it prombraly a bad relay fuse.

- In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Consult your service manual for it's location if you need help. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling
- Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary
- Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure

Problem may be idle control. In throttle body, butterfly valve can get gummed up and stick causing motor to start but then die. Remove air passageway from front of throttle body and spray intake cleaner or chemtool B12 inside while holding throttle open. This should clean up gummy residue and allow idle control to work properly. This works for us.

Happens all the time on ours. You need to take two flat blade screwdrivers and work out the fold in the
seal belt at the top and push the belt back into the slot and all will be well. It takes a few minutes of
working with it and perhaps a few choice words but
if you will keep at it and undo the fold in the belt, it will go back in. To avoid this in the future try to get in the habit of holding the buckle straight out in front of you as the belt retracts when you unfasten your seatbelt.
