2004 4runner rear wipe blade and fluid just

If your rear wiper, fluid wash, and rear defrost stopped working at the same time try this first before taking it to the dealer. Start the 4Runner and lower the rear window glass. Wait a few seconds and raise the rear window. Turn the engine off and wait a few seconds. Restart the engine and see if this helps. I had the same problem after I had my drive belt replaced and the shop disconnected the battery cable. When the battery cable is disconnected it causes the rear wiper, fluid wash and defrost to stop working. Good luck!

Engine

Hi:
You need to have your Toyota scanned to see what code is causing the light. There are hundreds of codes that trip the light, some so simple as a bad or loose gas cap. Most auto parts stores will scan your car for free, such as Auto Zone. That way you can pinpoint the source of what is tripping the light and go forward from there. It is most likely not related to the work you have done, unless you have a connector that you have knocked loose or similar?

My check engine light along with the vac trac

Have the vehicle scanned for codes and do the repair according to what the codes indicate are the problem areas. Once a check engine light comes on for a particular item (eg vac trac light) that item will not operate until its code item is addressed.
There are several sensors that can affect the item illuminated on your vehicle. Have a qualified Technician do the repair.
