Did you check for voltage at applicable fuses? Even if fuse is good if no voltage at fuse circuit, the circuit is still dead. Use a test lite to check for voltage. There a blower motor relay, hopefully your fuse box cover will tell you which relay is which? If not, your owners manual may have this info? I'm not saying the relay is faulty, have check relay circuits for voltage and ground.

The idle air valve in back of throttlbody has problems. U probly needa new thermostat or the gage is worn. Have a scantool do a reading for codes n values-not at adealer or tirestore. Buy a haynes book at partstore for repair procedure..read safetyfirst
