Align the notch on the crankshaft pulley with the "0" mark on the timing belt lower cover.
With the crankshaft pulley being aligned with the 0 mark on the timing belt cover, the hole on the camshaft sprocket should exactly be in front of the notch of camshaft bracket.

Battery is dead. When
if the battery is too weak to start the vehicle, the alarm will keep resetting, tripping the alarm. When installing a new battery, you'll need an assistant to turn the ignition on simultaneously while attaching the negative cable last.
Hard to start cold - then runs rough til warm,then ok.
It could be that you have a bad ETC sensor, but these cars can and do have problems getting air out of them, keep burping the system, if there's a lot of air in it, you'll see bubbles coming up as the car is running. and yes, you could very well have a leak and not be able to see it and it won't leak on the ground just when your driving and the engine is hot....I just went through this same thing with my sons 1989 Supra.
