I have got a toyota corolla 1993 and the warning

follow this steps.God bless youWhen you turn the ignition ON before starting the car, the "Check engine" light is supposed to come on indicating that the engine computer (also could be called ECM, PCM, or ECU) is powered on. If the "Check engine" light does not come with the ignition ON, it's possible that there is no power coming to the engine computer (e.g., due to a broken wire, faulty main relay, burnt fuse, etc.) or that there is a problem with the engine computer itself.

I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla S model. On days that

radios that do not work from temperature rises indicate that there is a faulty component in the set. Probably a resistor/capacitor or dry joint. Have a radio tech inspect it or if you are tech savvy then use a freeze spry ( from radio repair shops or radio accessories shops) and spray each component until the radio comes back on.

Car is smoking on start up, a lot of white smoke

If the engine is using oil then first remove the dipstick and run the engine, check to see if heavy smoke is coming out of the tube, this would indicate worn piston rings,if it is not so dense, yet you are using oil and it smokes bad from the exhaust, then its likely the valve seals are worn. either way, unless you have mechanical knowledge, tools etc , you need to take it to a mechanic for the engine repairs or live with the oil consumption. There are no quick fixes for engine wear.

Check engine light

Why are you asking people to guess the reason for your issue? With different people you will get different remedies and it might be possible that actual problem may be something else, so rather than go for guesses get your ride check for error code. The error code will tell you the exact issue related with your car.

How to install a starter on a 2006 toyota corolla?

They only have 2 bolts holding them in. Unbolt/unclip the wires from the starter and then remove those 2 bolts. Replacing it is the same process in reverse.

Toyota corolla 2006 fuel door light switch

Ther is no fuel door light in a 06 Corolla. What you see on the dashboard is an arrow to indicate fuel door is on the drivers side. Of course once you fill up the first time you know which side it is on. Very handy if you rent a corrolla.

Shifting hard

You probably have a DTC code of P-2716.

Toyota knows about this issue, and a new engine Control Module (ECM) has been developed to rectify this condition. If your car is under 96 months old, and has less than 80,000 miles, the ECM will be replaced FREE by your Toyota dealer. The replacement ECM corrects the shifting issue.
Mention Tech Service Bulletin "TC015-07" when you take it in for service. If you are beyond the time and mileage as listed above, I can give you the part number for the ECU, if you want to purchase one.
