Check engine mounts or transmission mounts also check drive shaft mounts. Failed mounts will create vibrations at idle and or in general. Some engines that have the hydraulic serpentine belt tensioner that can bounce around and make a nasty vibration as well, it makes it seem like engine mounts.

if you have done oil change or maintance work you might need light just re setting simple job with you on board odd meter

What is a "Help" tester?? Use an OBD2 sacnner and read to DTC? Why did you unplug or R/R the ECU in the first place. With just the information you provide your problem might be in the wiringharness or a bad ecu..

2. shut the door
3. place the key in the ignition
4. lock the doors, manually
5. turn the ignition to on then off...do this seven times
6. unlock the doors and try your remote

check for worn suspension rubbers . Check for "U" joints or cv joints.
