P020 has to do with the cam shaft position sensor

Did you have the head checked out? They do warp when gaskets go bad.

It may be a grounding problem in the wiring.. probably the turn signal switch that is located inside the steering column..These switches have plastic parts that can crack and close a circuit. You need a dealer repair as there are various sensors and sensitive wiring inside the column that controls deployment of the air bag.

Most likely the coil for that cylinder is bad. Unfortunately, you can't just replace a single coil - the entire coil pack is a sealed unit.

To touch it backwards blows a fuse

It could be a control module has shorted internally. I'd connect a sealed beam lamp into the fuse panel instead of the 10 amp fuse, the lamp would light up, then search for the dead short. Generaly in the lighting side of the vehicle.

May not be any damage...Normally when headlights still work, but won't crank...the post terminals are dirty or loose...The starter would be the next check...Hope this helps.

Turning off the check engine is easy.. Get a code scanner that has a reset capability. The problem is the codes themselves. Unless you address the problems represented by the codes and affect repairs, the Check Engine will simply com back on, and the codes will return.

Have you checked you oxygen sensor? Hook it to a scanner before you spend any money on it.

The sender for the speedometer is on the top of the transmission about 3 inches back from the bell housing.

They speedometer is a sender on the output shaft of the tranny or a wheel sensor. Check all the wires.

Tensioner pulleys are designed to be 'Self Adjusting'. These pulleys are on spring loaded arms so they automatically push against the belt keeping it tight. You use a socket or a spanner to swing the pulley arm back against this spring. *Note* This is a powerful spring so BE CAREFUL when your working on it! A lot of these tensioners have two small holes to help with installing a belt. When you swing the tensioner arm back these two holes line up with each other. You can then slide a hex key, or something similar, through both holes and it holds the arm back giving you space to get the belt on. *Caution* When your ready to release the tensioner DO NOT just pull the hex key out!! With the socket or spanner you used to swing the tensioner arm back push the arm against the spring again, carefully pull the allen key out then Carefully release the pressure on the spring so the pulley sits correctly and tensions the belt.
