I have a 1951 packard with a flat 8, the engine will crank but there is no compression. I thought it was the timing belt/gear but the cam is turning. Please help!!!

Has it been sitting a long time? It could be that the valves (or springs) are stuck or worn out. I am not that familiar with Packards, but used to work on ford flatheads. It is pretty easy to pull the heads on them to see what is going on in there.

I have a 2006 Hino 268. Can someone tell me where the horn relay is located please? I will appreciate it a lot, thank you very much.

Question edited for clarity. Modern vehicle use the body control module to operate the horn. There is nothing in this link or in the manuals that make me think this vehicle has a horn relay. https://www.google.com/search?q=2006+hino+268+horn+relay+location Connect the horns to direct battery power to see if they work. https://www.google.com/search?q=2006+hino+268+horn+not+working ..

2001 Mitsubishi Galant VR-G (automatic 4) is not powering out.

Power out? Check your alternator fuse. In fact, check all your fuses. If no injector pulse, swap out the crank angle sensor. Use the link system to check the datalog for unual readings suggesting a ECU fault. If it won't crank, consider installing a push button starter --seriously. Problem with sunroof or turn signals, check relays. If you repost, expand on "powering out." GVR-4 - 91 Galant VR4 electrical issues ' DSMtuners.com

Bottom wheel on my 3 wheel ***** machine is wobbly? How do I fix that.

You used a word that Fixya scripts didn't like and redacted. Is this a three wheel gadget for carrying golf clubs and begins with C and ends in Y and has a couple of Ds in it? They are often made by Golf Town and they supply parts. They are also available on Amazon.
