You probably have no idea how these work - power locks an power windows. Control modules inside each door make them work . Power Windows Operation The vehicle is equipped with power windows controlled by the door modules. Each passenger door window can be operated, either from a switch built into the driver door switch assembly (DDSA), or from a switch mounted locally to its associated door. The driver door window can be operated only from the driver door window switch built into the DDSA. When a window is operated from the DDSA, the DDSA interprets the window switch signal as a specific window switch request and sends the information to the driver door module (DDM) via the power door serial data circuit. The DDM examines the request and checks to see if it has received any class 2 serial data messages from any of the other vehicle modules (i.e. ignition switch position) prohibiting the movement of the window. If the window being operated is the driver door window, and if no prohibitive class 2 messages have been received, the DDM then applies voltage and ground to the driver door window motor to move the window glass as requested. If the window being operated is a passenger door window, and no prohibitive class 2 messages have been received, the DDM sends the request, via the power door serial data circuit, to the appropriate passenger door module. The passenger door module then applies voltage and ground to the passenger door window motor to move the window glass as requested. When a passenger door window is operated from the power window switch mounted locally to its associated door, the passenger door module first checks to see if the DDM has received any prohibitive class 2 serial data messages. If there are no prohibitive messages, the passenger door module powers the associated passenger door window motor. Both front door windows have the express down feature. This allows the front door windows to be fully opened by momentarily pulling the appropriate window switch lever to the second detente and then releasing. It could be a fuse. Fuses under the back seat.
Chances are that it's the blower itself. Pretty typical for our generation of Bonneville. I have a 2005 GXP and replaced the blower at about 75,000 miles. I can't remember the car before that I had to replace a blower... maybe 20 years ago?

Anyway, the blower is under the passenger dash.
Remove the panel under the passenger side dash; I recall two small screws.
There may be a couple wires to unplug from this panel.
The blower motor is located right above the passenger toes.
Unplug the three wire plug.
Remove a small rubber hose. It has one right angle bend. It's about the size and length of a big thumb.
Remove 3 small screws on the fan, and the fan comes out. My new blower

Hello --well -- was the head gasket mechanically or chemically repaired? -- If cemically, you may need to go to the other side and remove/ replace the gasket.. you may need to run the vehilce to "burp" out any further gases remaiing in the coolant system, esp if it was not completely drained and had some air pocekts in there somewhere..Best regardsCk

First thing to do is to test the battery. Do this by turning on the lights or radio and then try starting it. If the battery is weak when you try to start it the lights will dim or go out completely. If so replace the battery. If the lights stay bright the problem is probably in the solenoid or starter itself. The clicking you are hearing should be the solenoid on the starter trying to engage and most likely doesn't have enough power in the battery to start the car. If you are not mechanical or don't have the right tools you will have to find someone to replace the starter and solenoid. If you end up only changing the battery make sure to hook battery jumper cables or a battery charger to the cable connections to retain power to the car when you remove the battery. This is so your radio doesn't have to be reset by entering the code to the radio. If you don't have a charger or jumper cables, then make sure you have the radio code to reset your radio before disconnecting your battery or you will be disappointed when the new battery goes in and your radio keeps asking for you to enter the code and it won't work.
