Tip & How-To about 1997 Chevrolet K1500

Detailing

QTips are handy when detailing air conditioning vents. I like to spray them with a cleaning solution.

A large makeup brush is handy when getting into small areas such as around your gear shifter, radio buttons, or dashboards.

I use bleach white even on blackwalls to cut the grime before washing my vehicle. Use as directed.

1998 honda accord 3.0. compressor clutch is engaged, pressures are normal and get 60f at ac vents. Needs some ideas

60f is 15 c which is good for a vehicle ac unit
the lowest setting approaches 12 c and that is for an ac in excellent condition
you can help by closing the external vent so that the cabin air gets colder by recirculation
clean the fins of the evaporator under the dash,
tint the car windows all round except the windscreen
if you have climate control shut off the heater operation as well

Intermittent rough idle on 2002 toyota highlander

before you do this I would get some wooden qtips - the long ones auto detailers use. take off the air filtrer assembly and spray carb cleaner into the air\fuel intake and use the qtip to wipe out the inside of the intake. I had the same problem with my highlander a year ago and this fixed the problem.
