Replacement of burnt out rear brake lights on a Ford Edge model years 2011 through 2014
The 2011 through 2014 Ford Edge has two lights for the rear brake light system. This is how you change burnt out brake light bulbs. 2011 Ford Edge tail light bulb replacement
If the fuses, bulbs, switch are good then its your wiring, you have a break somewhere, check the switch behind your brake pedal, make sure you have power to the light sockets and they are not burnt, my wife has a ford edge and burnt right rear socket and the light still worked, go figure, anyways good luck
TO CHANGE BRAKE LIGHT BULB YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE TRUNK, PULL BACK THE CARPET WHERE THE REAR TAILLIGHTS ARE AND UNSCREW THE SCREWS THAT HOLD IN THE LIGHT, ONLY THEN CAN YOU CHANGE THE BULB THAT IS BURNT
These are Dual Function Bulbs. They control the Parking Lights and the Brake Lights. This Bulb is Burnt out on the Brake Coil inside the Bulb. I have actually seen Bulbs that were Bad But you could not Tell by jast looking at them. It should be fine with a New Bulb. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!
