You don't mention which engine you have in your '92 Dakota, but it's likely the 3.3L and if so, here's the diagram. Even if your engine is not the 3.3L the principals for replacing the belt are the same.
Get a serpentine belt tension release tool (local parts store) and use it to take the tension wheel away from the belt, which will make it loose enough to remove by simply pulling it off one of the pulleys (the alternator will be easiest) and then wiggle it out of the engine bay. The tool should come with a selection of heads for the different variations of tensioner arms/bolts. Once the belt is removed, replacing it is the reverse process.
