Disconnect the battery cables for about 20 minutes, then touch them together before you reconnect them. This alows the capacitors in the ecm to drain and clears the memory. I hope this helps.
This is what I got from a google search; p0441 (vag 16825) = EVAP Emission Contr.Sys.Incorrect Purge Flow The evap system has several valves and solenoids that control purging of evap gases from the fuel system. Most likely one of these valves is not opening/or is stuck open. If something is stuck open it could actually lead to the above 16839 fault code. Hope that helps.
Most of them acually do now-a-days. It sould at least tell you if there is a vaccum leak...of course you may be able to hear that anyways. I have a 2001 VW Passat, and my computer gives codes for all the EVAP systems...EGR, vaccum, O2 sensors...
