I have a 04 dodge 2500 diesel a.c. blower motor works intermitenly i can wiggle key and sometime blower will work.does this circuit for blower go thru multifunction switch or ignition switch?what could be my problem?

Check voltage and ground at the blower motor connector when problem is ongoing, hvac on, key on. The pink wire is voltage, darker colored wire is ground. The blower speeds are controlled on the ground circuit.

Sometimes vibrations can cause the blower motor to work intermittently. I can't tell if blower motor itself has a problem or an issue with wiring circuit or controls.

It could be the motor, the fuse, it could also be the resistor pack that gives you the multiple speeds when you switch the fan. Do none of the speeds for the blower work?

break in the line somewhere found on drivers side of motor my truck kinked and broken

It's right next to the blower, above the passenger's feet. See pic below.

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
   
2. Reach under the instrument panel near the blower motor and disconnect the wire harness connector from the blower motor resistor.
3. Remove the two screws that secure the blower motor resistor to the HVAC housing.
4. Remove the blower motor resistor from the HVAC housing.
   

there is a fuse by the rear blower motor i found an intermitant connection. Changing fuse holder fixed it

2006 dodge 2500 diesel. low voltage at compressor.

sounds like a door actuator motor that is not working,the dash will have to be removed to repair the problem

on the end of the blower motor ,in the housing and the its only sold as a complete unit with the blower motor

It's a safety feature. They 'auto-lock' at 8 mph.

relay has gone bad replace relay should work.
