I want to replace my broken autodim heated drivers side mirror glass with the standard heated mirror glass. can any one help me with the electrical diagram.
You can replace just the glass in most cases. go to a local auto glass shop, they can usually order the mirror you can glue directly over the broken one. that way at least the heat feature will still work.
You can google an exploded view of your wiring harness that leads to the wring of your mirror. However this will probably not be a compatible way of doing it. The mirror is disigned differently.

Remove the door panel, then remove the speaker inside the door opposite the mirror itself.Then it is usually an allen key bolt or 3 depending on the year. It will come off as one big unit.

You can replace it a couple of ways, my wife broke my side mirror with a paint ball gun, so I just cut a piece of mirror and glued it in the holder. Worked great for years, Till I found a new mirror, and took the real glass out and snapped it in the holder. But you can remove the holder by taking off the plastic cover inside the car behind the mirror, unbolt the holder and hang on to it, it is heavy. You might have to pull the door panel to get the wire disconnected. Then you can either replace it or work on it easily. Hope this helps.
