Yes there is. 1. Press (LOCK) button 5 times at 2 second intervals to resynchronize transmitter. Attempt to function transmitter, if working as designed discontinue programming. 2. Turn ignition to run position. (Allow ignition chimes to stop).
3. Using any original (working) transmitter, press the [UNLOCK] button for 4 to 10 seconds.
4. Within the specified 4 to 10 seconds, continue pressing the [UNLOCK] button and press the [PANIC] button for 1 second and release both buttons (AN/DN release either button first). A chime will sound to indicate that the transmitter programming mode has been entered (allow 3 seconds for chime to sound).
5. Press [LOCK] and [UNLOCK] buttons simultaneously for 1 second and release (a short chime will sound for AN/DN).
6. Press and release any button on the same transmitter and a chime will sound after successfully programming the transmitter (locks will cycle for AN/DN).

Alarm wont stop going off. Car wont start. Any way to disable it?

Plug your ears first, open the car with key, open the bonnet to get to the battery, disconnect one battery terminal and cover this with rag to avoid a short circuit. That should reset everything - alarm, radio. Do not lock the car. After an hour reconnect the battery. Hopefully alarm will have reset and then use the key in the ignition. Hopefully starts but you should buy a replacement button for your car and security system. If alarm sound again, disconnect battery again and call an auto electrician.

92 Toyota 4runner truck was running perfectly fine Later in the day went to start and the alarm just started going off and wouldn't turn off. Truck won't start even with keys turned in igniti

The alarm system somehow got activated , this is usually because the battery becomes discharged or disconnected try doing this:
Remove the key from the ignition
disconnect the negative battery terminal
put the key back in and turn to ON
exit the truck and leave door open
reconnect the battery terminal
get in and leave door open, if the alarm horn stays off it should start.

Won't start after cleaning battery terminals

Sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm with starter disable. By disconnecting the battery the alarm reset and the defualt setting is usually to set the alarm automatically (active arming). You have three options..
A. If you have the key fob that went with the alarm you can disarm the alarm.
B. If no key fob is available you can disconnect the battery again, turn the ignition key to the on position and reconnect the battery. This usually doesn't allow the alarm to set and allows the car to start.
C. Remove the aftermarket alarm system. This is usually the long term fix i recommend if the fob isn't available. Option B should get you going though.
