If you have two electric fans the fan on the passenger side of the vehicle is the radiator cooling fan, that fan should run when the motor gets to hot. The fan on the driver side is the ac condenser fan that fan runs only when the a/c is turned on. The only time that both fans run is if the a/c is on and the motor or coolant is above normal tempeture.
IF both fans come on when you turn the cooling system on then there is no blown fuse. The radiator fan kick in when the temerature of the engine gets to a certain temperature. The other fan kicks in when the AC is turned on and if it is needed. Is the car overheating without the fans running? if not then your fine. If it is not kicking on correctly then the temperature sensor on the engine block is bad and needs replaced. Also in your fuse block under the hood there should be relays for the fans as well.
