1: check all fues.
2: scan the PCM for errors. DTC>

the cluster has many lamps, are all dead.
key on CEL lamp must glow, if not fues blown/
tell what all things do in the cluster not just 1 thing.
why make this harder?
what country is this car in.?

you can no fix modern cars lacking a scan tool
get it scanned or scan it your self

The Exhaust Converters are worn out
PO420 & PO430

Replace them & then diagnose any other
code issues, from there.

IACV or Idle Air Control Valve if equipped is malfunctioning.

P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank #1)
The Catalytic converter is not working up to par in Bank#1.

sounds like O2 sensors to me. I havent changed one on a mustang yet but I havent had any trouble with any others that I have done, they screw in like a spark plug but you will need a special tool, I hope this helps you.

The air filter is not the cause here,this is just a code saying your converter is not doing its best,

In almost all cases, a P0420 code indicates a problem with 1 or more O2 sensors. They send incorrect emissions information back to the ECM and trigger the Check Engine Light. If the Catalytic Converter is fine (no problems with the engine hesitating or getting a lot of heat from under the car) then it's most likely the O2's.

check stabilizer

If you've hit a pot hole hard then the wheel could simply be buckled. Remove the wheel and place it flat on the ground if it wobbles on the ground problem solved: buckled wheel!
