1990 Toyota Corolla, I took a spark plug wire off and oil jumped out the hole. Why?
If Biggy1 has described it right, I think when you remove the WIRE to the spark plug ( not the plug itself ) and oil jumps out, there is a cylindrical seal that needs replacing and one does not need to even remove the cylinder head.
I have the same problem with my corolla. On the other hand if Biggy meant when removing the SPARK PLUG oil was on the contacts....
An oil fouled spark plug indicates an engine with
worn piston rings and/or bad valve seals, allowing excessive oil to
enter the chamber..you need to change the piston rings....
Good luck...

when i pulled the spark plug boot off the plug there was oil in the cylinder that houses the plug. did not yet pull plug to see if contact was soaked. I know off the rubber boot that can slip on and off the boot at the bottom but either way this should not be there to stop oil from getting onto plug. you should just not have oil in there because no way to get there unless oil inside combustion chamber first and then must seep through. just happened to my corolla while driving she was running hot first for a little. does anyone know cost of having rings replaced assuming this is the problem
toyota corolla wont start when hot until spark plugs are cooled
oil light appear on screen
it has fire at the plug the plug are wet with fuel
automatic gearbox..missing..swich off the engine n start.
